They are looking for a Data Scientist to shape the vision and execution of data-driven products in an agile tech environment. The role involves close collaboration with data science, engineering, and business teams to implement AI solutions that provide substantial business value.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Define and implement a roadmap for AI-driven products, focusing on recommender systems and generative AI applications.
• Set clear success metrics and KPIs for each product initiative.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to performance monitoring.
• Identify and lead high-impact machine learning use cases through to production.
• Monitor model performance and optimize data pipelines based on insights.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in generative AI and LLM technologies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of product management experience in data-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning projects, particularly recommender systems and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and LLM techniques.
• Experience with agile or Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
