• Conduct data research and analysis for customer feedback from internal and external sensors.
• Evaluate and monitor top-quality issues in collaboration with developers and product teams.
• Lead monthly sensor meetings and support documentation preparation.
• Develop analytical strategies to gain insights into electronic faults and issues.
• Create and model visual reports and dashboards for management evaluation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to develop preventative measures.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in business analytics and data evaluation.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
