DB InfraGO, via DB Zeitarbeit, offers temporary placements within the Deutsche Bahn AG. This role as a Data Analyst provides the chance to gain valuable experience and potentially secure a permanent position within the DB group. More than half of their temporary employees transition to permanent roles.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Consolidate data from external and internal sources related to DB recruitment
• Develop and implement automated data collection, processing, and validation services
• Calculate key figures and create reports with visualizations on dashboards
• Conceptualize, maintain, and track key metrics while automating reports
• Utilize advanced data analytics
• Support deriving actionable recommendations from data products for recruitment
• Enhance transparency in the operational recruiting processes across the DB group and identify optimization opportunities

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, business mathematics, statistics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in HR controlling, HR analytics, or a similar field
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query)

You would benefit from having:

• Basic programming experience with Python or R
• Dashboard creation with Power BI
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SQL, and potentially data processing in Azure cloud
• Experience in interdisciplinary project work in an agile environment
• Proficiency in German
