Analyst, Product Performance - (Logistics, Service Performance)

The Product Performance Analyst will support the Service Product line to optimize customer support tools and enhance delivery operations on a global scale.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for regional and local teams regarding area expertise.
• Formulate data-supported hypotheses to improve compensation returns and coordinate AB testing.
• Identify product enhancement opportunities using data for timely implementation.
• Evaluate if solutions meet team objectives through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or tech roles such as product operations or revenue management.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with complex data insights.
• Self-driven, communicative, and pragmatic in business challenge handling.
• Proficiency in SQL and excellent English communication skills.
