In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to align business vision and requirements with actionable insights.
• Create engaging data visualizations for easy access to insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to manage unstructured data.
• Support and refine stakeholder requests and produce new data analyses.
• Lead exploratory data projects to define future insight needs.
• Manage the data catalog for all logistics metrics and KPIs.
• Contribute to product understanding and provide necessary insights to improve it.
• Ensure proper AB testing and share findings from significance tests.

This role requires you to have:

• 2-4 years of experience as a BI/Data/Product Analyst in the internet sector.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in big data tools such as BigQuery.
• Intermediate skills in Python with practical experience.
• Creative in data visualization, with experience in Tableau.
• Experience with version control systems like Github.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in stakeholder management and project scope challenges.
• Proven ability to improve team standards and processes.
• A passion for data, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.

You would benefit from having:
