In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Drive decision-making on marketing topics like customer acquisition, retention, and upselling using analytics and data science.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to innovate by analyzing customer data and developing models.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations to improve customer strategies and optimize campaigns.
• Partner with analysts and data scientists to develop and scale analytical ideas.
• Establish and advocate for best practices in analytics and statistics within marketing and product domains.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics for business problem-solving.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Strong business acumen to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in a variety of analytics and statistical methods.
• Coding expertise in Python and SQL.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts simply.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in marketing efficiency projects and customer growth segmentation.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud products, Vertex AI, Airflow, version control tools like Git, and Tableau.
• Experience with modeling techniques like clustering and regression.
