Delivery Hero, a leading local delivery platform operating in over 70 countries, is looking for a Senior HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join their People Analytics team. This role is essential for enabling senior leadership to make data-driven decisions and improve business performance while enhancing employee experience through comprehensive data analysis.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain the architecture and infrastructure of the data warehouse, ensuring system integration and data compliance.
• Define and align People KPIs across local teams, and implement automated reporting solutions for data visualization and analysis.
• Utilize advanced analytics to uncover meaningful patterns in people data and develop data science models providing actionable insights.
• Gather requirements from CHROs and other stakeholders to translate them into actionable plans and serve as the primary contact for people data.
• Collaborate with local teams for global reporting of key metrics, ensuring a unified and reliable data source for strategic decisions.
• Provide training and support to drive the adoption of new BI tools and reporting practices, enhancing data literacy and user experience.

This role requires you to have:

• Background in a People/HR data-driven role with 3+ years of experience.
• Advanced SQL and knowledge of data pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical fields.
• Experience with Tableau and demonstrate storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to create new and engaging ways of visualizing People data.
