The (Senior) Product Analyst role helps drive efficiencies in logistics, improving service for riders, customers, and merchants worldwide.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business visions into actionable insights.
• Create engaging data visualizations for better insights access.
• Develop and manage unstructured data alongside Data Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
• Support stakeholder requests and generate new data analyses.
• Lead data exploration projects and identify future data needs.
• Manage the data catalogue for Logistics dimensions, metrics, and KPIs.

This role requires you to have:

• Fluency in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
• 5-7 years experience as a BI/Data/Product analyst within Internet companies.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, or statistics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in big data tools, ideally BigQuery.
• Skills in data visualization, with Tableau being a plus, and experience with version control systems like GitHub.

You would benefit from having:
