The Junior Data Scientist LLM Engineer role is part of the AI team to drive excellence in AI solutions through collaboration and a product-centric approach.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with state-of-the-art and Open Source language models to optimize AI models for user scenarios.
• Operate systems for automation processes including synthetic data generation and precision metrics.
• Refine and document prompt structures using synthetic and customer data.
• Develop structured data architectures from natural language tasks with JSON schemas.
• Implement and test models using Python for improving JSON schemas.
• Refine qualitative benchmarks and evaluation pipelines.
• Train models for efficient reasoning.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ year of experience with Language Models/Machine Learning in business
• Experience with NLP projects and LLM, RAG frameworks
• Fluency in Python programming
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong communication skills in French and English
