In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Transform user scenarios into optimized AI models using proprietary and Open Source language models.
• Automate processes, including synthetic data generation and precision metric collection.
• Optimize and document prompt structures using synthetic and customer data.
• Develop and refine structured data architectures with JSON schemas.
• Implement and test Python models for JSON schema improvements.
• Enhance qualitative benchmarks datasets and evaluation pipelines.
• Train models for efficient reasoning.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5 years in orchestration of Language Models or Machine Learning.
• Proven experience with NLP projects, LLM, and RAG frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
