The role of Marketing Data Analyst aims to enhance productivity and resource efficiency through advanced technology integration, automation, and digitalization in manufacturing.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis and monitoring of all marketing channels.
• Independently create reports and presentations to support decision-making.
• Develop a marketing model to form the basis for future reports and analyses.
• Identify trends and optimization opportunities to establish a consistent reporting strategy.
• Collaborate with the Business Analytics Competence Center for data integration and validation.
• Work with the online marketing team to implement and further develop a Customer Data Platform.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in marketing and analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
• Fluent in German and English.

You would benefit from having:

• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Customer Insights.
• Basic knowledge or initial experience with dimensional data models, Python, machine learning approaches, and Databricks.
