In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for intricate marketing analyses and inquiries.
  • Aid in the interpretation of various attribution models, including first-click and multi-touch.
  • Translate attribution and marketing mix model results into presentations and dashboards.
  • Develop and implement approaches for the interplay of experiments, attribution, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments, deriving actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure a hypothesis-driven, KPI-supported approach for experiments in collaboration with business teams.
  • Communicate insights to teams and management.
  • Support enablement and onboarding related to attribution, MMM, and experiments.

This role requires you to have:

  • Analytical degree in areas such as econometrics, economics, or statistics.
  • Experience with attribution and media mix models.
  • Proficiency in programming econometric models.
  • Understanding of causality, incremental effects, and quasi-experiments.
  • Business outcome-centric strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

You would benefit from having:

  • Proficiency in English, German is a plus.
