In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses to identify trends and strategic opportunities
• Develop BI solutions and optimize dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
• Perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Analyze and improve data management workflows
• Train and support colleagues in using BI tools and data analysis
• Collaborate closely with external service providers and oversee project implementation

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in a STEM field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Science, or Technology
• Initial experience in analytics
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Proficiency in a database query language (preferably SQL) and an analytical programming language (preferably Python or R)
• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and with various departments
• Strong communication skills with fluency in German and good English skills
