In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to derive strategic recommendations
• Develop and implement dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions
• Conduct performance analyses for marketing and sales campaigns
• Identify trends and patterns in customer data to enhance customer experience
• Support management and departments with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Ensure data quality and optimize analytical processes
• Collaborate with IT, CRM, Marketing, and other teams for data integration and utilization

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in business informatics, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field
• Several years of data analysis experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or CRM
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analyses
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and tailored to the audience
• Proficient in German and English
