In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate innovative models and solutions to optimize marketing decision-making.
• Evaluate marketing initiatives through advanced techniques like attribution analysis and media mix modeling.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of large data sets, including preparation and modeling.
• Promote best practices in Machine Learning, statistics, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Intelligence team to enhance Emma's marketing success.

This role requires you to have:

• Academic degree in computer science, applied mathematics, data science, or statistics.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Strong experience with Python and machine learning libraries.
• Experience with cloud services, MLOps, and version control.
• Ability to translate business requirements and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
