As part of the Data & Analytics team, the Data Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing CRM strategies by delivering insightful data-driven solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data models in Databricks using dbt to evaluate CRM campaigns and customer selection.
• Conduct customer selections based on CRM criteria for personalized campaigns.
• Implement trigger-based automated campaigns such as customer lifecycle and re-targeting.
• Prepare and maintain regular standard reports on campaign performance.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses, A/B testing, and create Power BI reports to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by setting up data quality monitoring and resolving discrepancies.
