This role is crucial for improving pension insurance benefits by evaluating and optimizing service delivery. The team applies advanced analytical methods to support internal and external stakeholders, including legislative bodies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement IT procedures for automating routine processes.
• Conduct and evaluate statistical surveys.
• Create data evaluations and compile reports for quality assurance.
• Design data models using R.
• Support IT experts in generating reports and verifying outcomes.
• Respond to inquiries from departments, pension providers, associations, and ministries.
• Participate in digitalization projects and improvement initiatives with stakeholders like Charité.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience in statistical data collection and data model design.
• Proficient in SQL.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of PL, R, Excel/Access.
• Familiarity with descriptive and inferential statistics using software like SPSS or Stata.
