Google is hiring a Customer Engineer for their Google Cloud division. This role exists to support enterprise clients in optimizing their data analytics through Google Cloud solutions. The team focuses on tackling business challenges with creative architecture solutions and enhancing productivity via Google's advanced technologies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing customer objections and resolving technical blockers related to the data lifecycle.
• Provide data analytics expertise to maintain technical relationships with customers, supporting technology advocacy and prioritizing solutions.
• Conduct full technical discovery to define client requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrate and prototype integrations of Google Cloud products in customer environments.
• Deliver sales messaging and highlight the Google Cloud value proposition through presentations and demonstrations.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
• Experience with analytics warehousing, data processing, data transformation, and data governance
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, ETL/ELT, and performance optimizations
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders
