In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to understand data analysis and reporting needs.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights for R&D requirements.
• Use Python and SQL to manipulate data for analysis.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using dataviz tools like Tableau or Qlik.
• Optimize data analysis processes and propose improvements.
• Present applicable dashboards to business teams.
• Represent R&D within the Analytics Community of Clarins and engage with data analysts across various departments.

• Strong analytical skills in data analysis and data visualization.
