In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns in customer care.
• Evaluate and improve local business processes in the Customer Care sectors of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Identify optimization opportunities to implement new processes and standards.
• Develop and implement data models and dashboards for monitoring customer satisfaction and service performance.
• Support the Customer Care team with informed analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve service processes.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, economics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis with proficiency in databases and spreadsheet programs, as well as ERP systems.
• Initial professional experience in a supply chain role, ideally with a focus on data processing and digitization.
• Analytical thinking with a strong affinity for numbers and data.
• High problem-solving skills and proactive work approach.
• Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
