In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns in customer care.
- Evaluate and improve local business processes in the Customer Care sectors of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Identify optimization opportunities to implement new processes and standards.
- Develop and implement data models and dashboards for monitoring customer satisfaction and service performance.
- Support the Customer Care team with informed analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve service processes.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, economics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis with proficiency in databases and spreadsheet programs, as well as ERP systems.
- Initial professional experience in a supply chain role, ideally with a focus on data processing and digitization.
- Analytical thinking with a strong affinity for numbers and data.
- High problem-solving skills and proactive work approach.
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in both German and English.

- Experience with QlickCloud or similar reporting software.
