This role is integral to improving customer experiences through effective data management and visualization strategies. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, prepare, analyze, and visualize data.
• Perform analysis to identify insights and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Understand data requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop critical business reports and dashboards using SAP BI and MS PowerBI.
• Create standard report suites to drive customer performance management.
• Foster data literacy through training sessions and workshops.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Analyst or Data Consultant.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like MS PowerBI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data management.
