The Associate Data Engineer will be at the core of this transformation, ensuring robust data operations and platform modernization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services and SQL.
• Contribute to modernizing the data stack by evaluating new tools such as Python-based ETL and cloud data warehouse solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows for accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare data for reporting and dashboarding in Tableau.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to enhance data relevance.
• Manage data sources and monitoring within Tableau Server.
• Document processes and implement data quality and performance improvements.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and internal knowledge sharing.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data engineering or BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SSIS.
• Understanding of ETL, data modeling, and data warehouse design.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Interest in technical systems and business processes.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and independent learning ability.
• Fluency in English.
