• Develop and implement GenAI, statistical models, and machine learning algorithms for complex data analytics.
• Enhance data processing capabilities by designing scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through robust data governance and management practices.
• Translate business data needs into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

This role requires you to have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms, LLMs, RAG techniques, and model fine-tuning.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Expertise in data management, including data modeling and database administration, ETL processes, and data governance policies.
