In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize processes for data tracking and cleaning for improved marketing reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analyze data to provide insights for cross-functional campaign optimization.
• Assist in measuring and forecasting ROI and ROAS with model development.
• Advance the development of the MarTech landscape.
• Analyze customer journeys and preferences for omni-channel marketing strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders in marketing, UX, product, data, and engineering.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital analytics focusing on marketing and product analytics with proven business impact.
• Proficient in data analysis tools like GA4, BigQuery, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms including SEM and paid social media.
• Knowledge of web tracking, GTM, app tracking methods, and eCommerce business models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly switch between abstraction levels.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn from others.
• Proficiency in German and English.
