In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor the Data Analytics team, ensuring impactful outcomes.
• Shape the Data Analytics and broader Data Team roadmap to align with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough research for machine learning model development using diverse data sources.
• Provide thorough analytics and evaluate system and performance issues, suggesting improvements.
• Facilitate data access organization-wide while ensuring centralized oversight for data quality.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in Ad-Tech with Data Analytics experience
• Advanced SQL
• Intermediate Python
• Data mining, processing, modeling, and visualization expertise
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactiveness and problem-solving skills
