In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and foundational datasets.
• Ensure data quality and system reliability through testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data requirements and solutions.
• Address ad-hoc data requests as necessary.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with structured and unstructured databases, such as Redshift and Postgres.
• Ability to design scalable data pipelines using tools like Airflow.
• Familiarity with data modeling, governance, and compliance standards.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with big data tools such as Spark and Hadoop.
• Knowledge of AWS ecosystem and data tools like DBT.
• Proficiency in version control with Git and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Full working proficiency in English, German is a plus.
