In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis for the production of technical briefs and advocacy reports.
• Create high-quality data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Optimize survey databases and collaborate with IT teams to enhance data management workflows.
• Develop and facilitate workshops with stakeholders from diverse sectors.
• Assist in research design and coordinate event planning and facilitation.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Salesforce, and publication design software.

Candidates must be fluent in English and possess valid work authorization for Germany. Travel is required up to 50%.
