• Lead analytics projects from design through to delivery, providing strategic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to use data in decision-making processes.

• Design scalable analytics frameworks and promote best practices.
• Mentor junior and senior analysts and conduct peer reviews.
• Translate data findings into strategic narratives and recommendations.
• Work closely with data engineering and science teams to maintain data quality.
• Continuously optimize analytical tools, methodologies, and processes.

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Expert-level proficiency with SQL.
• Strong skills in Python, R, or similar.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with large, complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of statistics and predictive modeling.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Degree in a quantitative field or higher.
