Lidl Bosna i Hercegovina offers a position in the international Lidl Plus team. The team is dedicated to improving Lidl Plus, a purely digital benefits program with millions of users in over 30 countries. The role involves collaborative efforts within a supportive team environment.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop solutions for issues related to customer data and behavior, from goal setting to data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct independent analyses of company and external data regarding profitability or customer engagement.
• Serve as a contact for international interfaces in the area of customer data analysis.
• Contribute ideas to develop the Customer Analytics department and enhance processes and methods.
• The position is limited to two years.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field.
• Initial experience through internships or part-time jobs in consulting, market research, or CRM.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language, R or Python.
• Experience with regression or time series analysis, effectiveness tests (A/B, hypothesis tests).
• Fluent German and good English skills.
