In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop solutions for customer data and behavior queries from setting goals to creating data-driven recommendations.
• Independently analyze internal and external data for economic and customer engagement insights.
• Serve as the point of contact for international customer data analysis interfaces.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the Customer Analytics department and improve its processes and methods.
• The position is contract-based for 2 years.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in business administration, economics, mathematics/statistics, or (business) informatics.
• Experience in management consulting, market research, or CRM via internships or part-time work.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language: R or Python.
• Experience with regression, time-series analysis, or effectiveness testing (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
