- Collaborate with the CEO and sales leaders to enhance POS sales tactics.
- Optimize and update PowerBI reporting solutions for sales and purchasing.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management presentations with precision.
- Advance and maintain digital sales processes and workflows.
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer within the team and maintain high data quality.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, (Business) Information Technology, IT, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent education with controller certification.
- Minimum of 5 years in finance, controlling, or BI/data analytics.
- Proficiency in ERP and business intelligence software, with a focus on MS Fabric and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and autonomous action.
