In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop predictive models for business decision support.
- Create tools for process control and results optimization such as CRM and portfolio management.
- Conduct data-based competitor analysis and recommend strategies.
- Analyze customer portfolio data to refine risk criteria.
- Collaborate with product and risk decision makers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external modeling teams.
- Generate comprehensive reports and perform ad hoc evaluations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs through dashboards and automated analyses.
- Coordinate data architecture development and end-user computing enhancements.
- Validate and assure the quality of company data in accordance with standards.
- Enhance the analytical capabilities within the marketing and sales team.

This role requires you to have:
- Master's degree in relevant field such as data science or mathematics.
- Proficiency in statistics, econometrics, and data analysis.
- Experience in building econometric models with programming skills.
- Extensive experience with data querying, particularly in SAS and SQL.
- Collaborative team-working abilities.
- Fluency in English and German.
