The role of an Analytics Engineer is to support game development by harnessing data insights, enhancing user acquisition, and optimizing monetization strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of BI and team to enable data-driven decisions.
• Serve as the main contact for a game team, utilizing analyses, simulations, and A/B testing.
• Analyze player data and other company data to aid decision-making.
• Continuously improve and expand the data model.
• Automate manual tasks and provide tools for efficiency.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field.
• Multiple years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for Big Data and Data Warehouse solutions.
• Programming skills in Python.
• Analytical thinking and experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience in defining, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to work multiple times a week in the Bad Nauheim office.
