In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and produce specifications to expand the Smatch ecosystem
• Collaborate with external designers to improve UX and UI
• Analyze product data to guide decisions and prioritize feature development
• Provide data analysis for reporting and operational monitoring
• Manage ongoing projects and feature requests
• Bridge business needs and technical implementation with the operational team
• Develop a prioritized roadmap for product features based on data and feedback

This role requires you to have:
