In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain tracking systems using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Independently analyze and maintain data infrastructure, including integration with new systems.
  • Monitor and analyze shop performance by gathering and evaluating key performance indicators.
  • Generate data-driven insights and create reports and dashboards for online optimization.
  • Develop optimization strategies by identifying weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and conduct A/B tests and evaluate their results to optimize conversions.
  • Create tailored performance reports to oversee metrics like bounce rates and technical performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable steps.

This role requires you to have:

  • Degree in business informatics, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in data analysis, ideally in website tracking or an agency setting.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
  • Solid experience in business intelligence, SQL, and databases.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of website KPIs and performance marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from large data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills in German to convey complex data.
