Moss aims to help companies spend smarter and is poised to become a leading platform in European FinTech. The Data team seeks a Senior Data Analyst to leverage their understanding of Moss's product and users, supporting customer success managers and enhancing the company's commercial achievements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with commercial, product, and engineering teams to identify and collect necessary data.
• Ensure quality control by supporting, running, and establishing reporting integrity checks.
• Generate insights by extracting, cleaning, and preparing data, creating data pipelines/models as required.
• Define objectives and outcomes by tracking OKRs and KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
• Continuously monitor data-driven initiatives and contribute to standardizing data processes and defining best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as mathematics, computer science, or economics.
• Proven experience with SQL.
• Strong knowledge of analysis techniques and tools like R, dbt, and Python.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
