In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing and enhancing the 'Customer Data & Analytics' field.
- Initiate and implement data-driven products and use cases with marketing automation solutions.
- Advise on marketing efforts through customer selections and test concepts.
- Perform customer analyses, develop presentations, and manage monitoring and analysis tools.
- Build automated data pipelines based on predefined data products.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Engineers.
- Define technical requirements for Data Analytics and IT units.

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in a STEM field, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a similar discipline.
- Experience in data analysis within the insurance sector or a similar field.
- Proficiency in at least one database query language, preferably SQL.
- Good knowledge of an analytical programming language, ideally Python.
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with BI front-end tools, ideally Power BI, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Willingness to learn new technologies such as PySpark, Azure Synapse, and BSI Customer Suite.
