• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI models into production and assess their performance.
• Optimize data pipelines to manage extensive structured and unstructured data efficiently.
• Conduct comprehensive model evaluation considering accuracy, scalability, and ethical practices.
• Stay informed about AI advancements and apply them to improve existing methods.
• Document methodologies and outcomes for both internal and external audiences.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
• Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries
• Familiar with NLP and computer vision techniques
• Solid foundation in data engineering and database systems
• Proficient in both German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
