In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and refine algorithms for accurate state estimation and robust navigation.
- Design and implement sensor fusion strategies integrating GNSS, IMU, optical, and LiDAR data.
- Integrate distributed sensor data into the navigation system.
- Optimize navigation algorithms for real-time embedded systems.
- Diagnose sensor errors and improve navigation accuracy.
- Conduct field tests and data analysis for algorithm validation.
- Collaborate with control systems, perception, and software teams for seamless integration.
- Push boundaries of navigation technologies.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Kalman filters and state estimation.
- Understanding of sensor fusion algorithms.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience in diagnosing sensor errors.
- Analytical skills for data extraction and problem diagnosis.
- Hands-on mindset.
- Knowledge of redundancy strategies for autonomous systems.
