They are hiring a Data Analyst in HR Data & Analytics to enhance their client's HR data visualization and analysis initiatives using tools such as Workday and Power BI.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance HR dashboards for key metrics visualization using Workday and Power BI.
• Analyze and implement system solutions in collaboration with IT and controlling departments.
• Participate in the implementation of a company-wide HCM system (Workday), developing standardized reports.
• Ensure high data quality and assist in data maintenance within the Employee Hub.
• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting and training managers and HR staff in report functionalities.
• Contribute to the advancement of the HR digitalization strategy.

This role requires you to have:

• Academic degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or Business Administration or extensive experience in HR metrics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI or SQL.
