Red Hat, a leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, is looking for an AI Sales Specialist in Germany. This role involves driving sales and go-to-market strategies for their Cloud Services, leveraging technical expertise and strong relationships with key partners. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Consult and enable effective execution of Cloud Services GTM in specified regions.
  • Educate clients and stakeholders on the value of Red Hat's Cloud Services.
  • Lead and support high-stakes sales scenarios for the Cloud Services portfolio.
  • Act as a two-way conduit for Cloud Services GTM between sales, PnT, marketing, enablement, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Services product teams, offering feedback and identifying improvement areas.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with cloud providers and other third parties for joint GTM efforts.
  • Coordinate with regional sales leadership for account planning and GTM strategies.

    This role requires you to have:

    • 5+ years of sales or delivery experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting.
    • Expert knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem, including competing technologies.
    • Deep understanding of Cloud Service Providers with established account relationships.
    • Expertise in DevOps, agile methodologies, predictive analytics, and generative AI development.
    • Proficiency in data science and data engineering concepts.
    • Familiarity with AI development and deployment tools, including Feature Stores, Vector Databases, and Embedding Models.
    • Experience with full stack application development tools, encompassing build, deployment, project management, and automation.
    • Executive presence and strong public speaking skills.
    • Mastery of the Challenger Sales Model.

    You would benefit from having:

    • Technical degree in Computer Science or related fields and an MBA.
    • Experience as a sales engineer or in technical sales roles.
    • 8+ years of experience in application development with leadership roles.
    • Consulting experience with major systems integrators.
    • Background in product management or ownership roles.
    • Participation in industry communities like DevOps Days.
    • Capability to conduct demonstrations of Red Hat products and cloud services independently.
    • Experience in technical or sales roles associated with hyperscalers or partner ecosystems.
