Senior Data Scientist – GenAI (m/f/d)

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead data science initiatives on knowledge graphs and GenAI models at ICIS.
• Design, develop, and optimize model architectures for GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Enhance language models with knowledge graphs for a cohesive customer experience.
• Innovate new model opportunities for business use cases and analyze outcomes.
• Contribute to the data science community through engagement and sharing best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong knowledge of knowledge graphs and GenAI technologies.
• Proficiency in deep learning, NLP, and relevant libraries like Pytorch and Tensorflow.
• Experience with knowledge modelling and embedding techniques.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of software development principles including version control with Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
