The role is within the Infused Intelligence team, part of the Corporate Processes & Information Technology organization, tasked with leveraging AI technologies across a wide spectrum of SAP's operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a global team on AI and big data pipelines and lifecycle development.
• Support and lead development, maintenance, and optimization of data infrastructure and ETL processes.
• Introduce best practices for AI, data, and software engineering in collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Developers.
• Execute MLOps processes like continuous integration, delivery, and training for ML models.
• Drive architectural decisions for AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithms and technologies, providing thought leadership in AI and data engineering.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in Python programming and distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
• Strong skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Broad knowledge of ML/AI algorithms, statistical models, and architectures.
