In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess corporate sustainability performance using recognized frameworks and score4more methodology.
• Advise and assist companies with analysis and enterprise projects.
• Design and implement analysis reports.
• Develop knowledge and criteria for sustainability reports and analyze them for AI datasets.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and consultants.
• Conduct studies and major analysis projects with partners.
• Contribute to platform feature development and optimization.
• Collaborate with experts to enhance datasets.
• Engage in AI and dataset evaluation methods.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, business, engineering, environmental sciences, data analytics or related fields.
• Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics or sustainability consulting.
• Strong knowledge of reporting standards such as ESG and CSRD.
• Excel expertise for data evaluation and database setup.
• Basic knowledge in AI and machine learning.
• Collaborative work ethic valuing diversity and inclusion.
• Fluency in German and English.
