In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead data-driven decision-making across 15+ product teams.
• Define key metrics and tools for product analytics.
• Implement feature validation frameworks such as A/B testing.
• Recommend and evaluate analytics tools, including AI-powered solutions.
• Manage the front-end data lifecycle for key insights.
• Provide insights into user behavior and operational performance.
• Define core product KPIs and create dashboards and reports.
• Promote data-driven decision-making within product teams.
• Present data insights to senior stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing product analytics team.

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience in statistical analysis and product feature validation.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Amplitude.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English and based in/around Amsterdam.
