The role of Data Analyst involves transforming data into insights that will influence strategic choices across the company, while also supporting stakeholders like Product Managers and RevOps in building effective dashboards and defining success metrics.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Optional: Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with engineering on scalable data storage solutions.

This role requires you to have:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to explain data concepts.
You would benefit from having:

- Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with the Strapi CMS or headless CMS platforms.
