The Global Expansion Tribe, a team of over 40 skilled professionals, is looking for a Data Analyst to support data needs in newly launched markets. This role involves building data models, creating reports and dashboards, and providing strategic insights to drive market growth. The Data Analyst will play a critical part as a business partner and key member of the data team.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build efficient data models to monitor sales performance and key KPIs, such as marketing spend, product activation, estimated revenue, and lifetime value.
• Leverage data to deliver actionable recommendations for program design, operations, and strategy.
• Collaborate with market leadership and the Global Expansion team to set performance targets, define KPIs, create scalable reporting systems, and provide insights on progress.
• Develop advanced dashboards for local operational teams, business development, and leadership to enable self-service analytics.
• Drive strategic data OKRs aligned with business objectives, including small merchant segmentation and analysis.
• Partner with Analytics Engineers to ensure accurate data collection, storage, processing, and accessibility for analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• 1-3 years of analytical experience in a high-growth tech company or top management consulting firm, with at least 1 year in data analytics and model design.
• Hands-on experience developing advanced dashboards, ideally using Tableau and following industry best practices.
• Ability to translate Sales, GTM, and operational needs into KPIs, insights, data models, and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and deliver key insights from complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset for collaboration with GTM leadership.
• Highly analytical mindset, capable of applying quantitative analysis and logical reasoning to drive business results.
