The role is pivotal for developing new use cases in Process Mining to drive business value. The team is dedicated to global business transformation and enhancing processes via innovative IT solutions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and optimize data models and connections for real-time data architecture
- Lead technical operations and development of the Process mining platform
- Collaborate with international IT experts to create innovative functionalities
- Drive the process mining tool towards a product-oriented platform
- Manage development of existing solutions and project industrialization
- Contribute to the development of Process mining standards and engage in the Community of Practice

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar with a focus on Business/Data Analytics
- Professional experience in Data Science/Data Engineering
- Proficiency in SQL/PQL, Python, and possibly Machine Learning
- Understanding of IT Service Management/Operations processes
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience with Process Mining solutions like Celonis
