In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Contribute to the trivago Content team to improve a heavily used product.
• Use Google Cloud and technologies like Apache Beam and Kubernetes to derive insights.
• Design and develop data pipelines capable of handling large volumes of events.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Act as a knowledge-sharing technology ambassador within the team and beyond.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of programming experience, preferably in Python
• Experience with building data pipelines and large-scale production software
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Proficiency with both structured and unstructured data
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
