Their People Analytics Team seeks a Senior Analyst to support decision making with comprehensive employee lifecycle data analysis, enhancing the analytics culture within the company.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of People Analytics products and the data culture.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions for leaders and the People team.
• Manage dashboards and analyses across the complete Employee Life Cycle.
• Participate in cross-functional projects within the People team.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
